However, his intersection with the health and fitness industry was an accidental one. Suffering for most of his teens and early 20âs with severe allergies, sinus troubles, throat infections and acne, he was only weeks away from a surgery to take out his tonsils when a friend of his urged him to attend a personal transformation seminar. That seminar ended up not only clearing up 10 years of chronic symptoms but it changed everything he believed about health and food. Since then it has been his lifeâs passion to help people wake up to the reality that, in terms of health, they are off course. That the human and ïŹnancial cost of our current way of life is far too great. His years of research on the âhuman dietâ â the diet that we humans are meant to be on â led him to develop the WILDFIT Challenge, a step-by-step system to quickly transition people to this revolutionary way of looking at health and fitness. #Weightloss #HumanHungers #EmotionalEating

Hematocrit (Medical Definition) | Quick Explainer Video đ©ž
What is Hematocrit? This video covers the medical definition and provides a brief overview of this topic. đ„How to Increase Hematocrit [Full Guide] â â â https://bit.ly/3NOTCK1 đ„Respiratory Therapy Definitions [Glossary] â â â https://bit.ly/3g6s4Pj âĄïž Hematocrit Hematocrit tests are commonly ordered as part of a complete blood count (CBC), a standard blood test often used in medical evaluations. The hematocrit value is primarily determined by two factors: the number of red blood cells and the volume of plasma, the liquid component of blood. A normal hematocrit range varies among individuals and depends on factors such as age, sex, and overall health. In adult men, the typical range is approximately 41% to 50%, while in adult women, it is roughly 36% to 44%. These ranges may differ slightly depending on the laboratory and methods used. Hematocrit levels outside the normal range may indicate a variety of medical conditions. A high hematocrit value may be indicative of conditions like dehydration, polycythemia, or lung and heart diseases that result in low oxygen levels. On the other hand, low hematocrit levels may suggest anemia, malnutrition, leukemia, or other blood disorders. Variations in hematocrit levels can also be influenced by lifestyle choices, such as smoking, and environmental factors, such as high altitudes. The test itself is straightforward and minimally invasive. Blood is generally drawn from a vein, usually from the inside of the elbow or the back of the hand. The blood is then placed in a test tube and centrifuged, separating the components by density. After centrifugation, the red blood cells settle at the bottom, and their volume is compared to the total volume of the blood sample. The ratio gives the hematocrit level. Hematocrit values are critical in making clinical decisions, especially in scenarios like trauma with substantial blood loss, monitoring of chronic conditions like kidney disease or anemia, and preoperative evaluations. Additionally, athletes and mountaineers often monitor their hematocrit levels as it can significantly influence physical performance. Hematocrit levels that are too low can result in insufficient oxygen supply to tissues, while a hematocrit level that is too high can lead to increased blood viscosity, possibly resulting in thrombosis or tissue ischemia. Hematocrit is a significant diagnostic metric that provides valuable insights into a person's overall health and ability to carry oxygen through the bloodstream. It is commonly used in a wide range of medical contexts, from routine check-ups to emergency room assessments. Understanding hematocrit levels can offer key diagnostic clues and guide healthcare providers in making informed decisions regarding the treatment and management of various medical conditions. đ„How to Increase Hematocrit [Full Guide] â â â https://bit.ly/3NOTCK1 âââââ đ FREE STUFF âȘ Free Cheat Sheets đ https://bit.ly/3IKenWk âȘ TMC Practice Exam đ http://bit.ly/2XlwASL đ PASS THE TMC EXAM âȘ TMC Test Bank đ https://bit.ly/3QNqwLX âȘ TMC Exam Hacks đ https://bit.ly/3iLmVS2 âȘ Daily TMC Practice Questions đ http://bit.ly/2NnXh3C âȘ TMC Bundle (Save $) đ https://bit.ly/3CWhdUn đ MORE FROM RTZ âȘ Test Bank (Free) đ http://bit.ly/2Kp73ln âȘ Glossary đ https://bit.ly/3g6s4Pj âȘ About Us đ http://bit.ly/2Xgk5YH âȘ Testimonials đ http://bit.ly/2x7b5Gl đFOLLOW US âȘ Instagram đ http://bit.ly/2FhF0jV âȘ Twitter đ http://bit.ly/2ZsS6T1 âȘ Facebook đ http://bit.ly/2MSEejt âȘ Pinterest đ http://bit.ly/2ZwVLPw âȘ Rumble đ https://bit.ly/3p7IS0H âȘ LinkedIn đ https://bit.ly/41uO2lx đMEDICAL DISCLAIMER This content is for educational and informational purposes only.
